Made with certified organic cotton and grown in Texas and California by The Texas Organic Exchange, The Chenille has a herringbone weave with a luxurious velvety-like feel and appearance that feels soothing soft to the touch and will keep your baby cozy all year long. Hand or machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle, and line or machine dry.

These blankets come slightly oversized to allow about 5% residual shrinkage when machine drying. From the soft natural feel to the durability, your baby will love his or her organic, Chemical free, environmentally friendly, chenille blanket. Organic cotton blankets are not only a healthy choice but easy to care for. After washing, the weave in the blankets will tighten up and become even softer!

For the first few months of use, we recommend you rotate your mattress head to toe and flip it every time you change your sheets to ensure the organic fibers settle evenly. After six months, you can rotate your mattress once per month and flip it every few months.

Our mattresses are designed to last anywhere from 5 to 25 years depending on the ingredients inside your mattress and how well you care for your mattress.

You do not need box springs for any of our mattresses. Most of our mattresses are designed to work on a slatted platform bed as well as a convertible futon sofa bed frame. If you would like a box spring we have designed an organic all natural coconut foundation.

All manufactured products have odors based on their components. American Wool sometimes has a fresh odor. Our natural and organic materials have not been treated with toxic chemicals. 

The ingredients may contain a faint odor. You will find the scent dissipates over the course of a few weeks. Natural Latex does have a slight odor as well.

Long fiber wool and cotton resist forming balls or lumps and give futons a longer life expectancy. Dipping or lumping is generally caused by uneven wear on the mattress. By following the flip and rotation instructions. You will ensure that your mattress does not experience dipping or lumping.

Latex and Memory foam mattresses are best for motion isolation. They can absorb a tremendous amount of motion. 

Individually pocketed coils achieve the same result. They minimize the area of motion. Natural Fiber will also provide motion isolation.
