BARRIER FABRIC BEDDING

Mattress & Pillow Protector

Organic cotton barrier cloth has been around for years and is used to block fumes, dust, and allergens. Our barrier fabric is a very tight weave of very fine GOTS certified organic cotton yarn into fabric. Because our organic barrier fabric is so tightly woven the spaces between the threads are under 3.5 microns. When we tested our Organic Cotton Barrier Face Masks with the same standards as Medical Grade N95 Masks (filter out least 95% of airborne particles) we found that they were up to 88% effective a filtering out airborne particles including viruses. This fabric when used will add an antimicrobial barrier to mattresses, toppers, futons & even pillows.

Cotton truly is, “the fabric of our lives.” Most of us come in contact with items made from cotton every day, from the clothes we wear, the sheets you sleep on, and even some of the food you eat.
